Scooby-Doo Star And Radio Rebel DJ Casey Kasem Dies at 82

Casey Kasem, voice of Shaggy in Scooby Doo and one of the top radio personality has passed on at age 82. He was the voice of Kasem's daughter Kerry, stated that "Early this Father's Day morning, our dad Casey Kasem passed awaysurrounded by family and friends". She also said that "Even though we know he is in a better place and no longer suffering, we are still heartbroken".
His fame begun in 1970 with his music countdown shows (American Top 40 and Casey's Top 40). He became more popular with the hit of the popular cartoon series Scooby-Doo as the voice of the glutton Shaggy,the US chart counterdown and Shaggy in Scobby-Doo. The Radio personality who was reported to be having health problems, died on Sunday morning.
