During a visit to Ghana, Ms. Lilianne Ploumen, the Minister of Foreign Trade and Development Co-operation of the Netherlands, alongside her 50 representatives of companies from the Netherlands acknowledged that her Government would be supporting the Ghanaian Government to improve upon the health, agriculture and maritime sectors.

This co-operation is mainly geared towards improving the agricultural sector as statistics have showed that Ghana exports 700 million and imports 1.1 billion to the Netherlands.
